Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Organic Bliss products. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide the best service to our customers. This policy outlines our return and refund process to ensure customer satisfaction and the protection of our business.
Product Return:
As our products are made to order and are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns except for the following circumstances:
The product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
The incorrect product was dispatched.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product or the incorrect product was dispatched, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a refund or exchange at no cost to you.
All returned products must be in their original packaging and in their original condition.
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the fault is ours. If the fault is ours, we will refund your shipping costs.
If your product is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a refund or exchange at no cost to you. We will also cover the shipping costs for the return.
If your order does not arrive within a few days of receiving our notification of it having been shipped, please contact us immediately so we can track it. We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within 14 days as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our freight insurance.
