We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Refunds for faulty or damaged products. Should a product be faulty or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing admin@tipucreations.co.nz with your name, and details of the fault or damage including a photo. Claims for faulty goods must be emailed to us within 7 days of receiving the product. NOTE: If the problem is due to courier damage, we must be emailed within 3 days of you receiving the goods.
